With the Garden Wall project we are introducing a new residential typology for an urban infill development in Houthalen, Belgium. By maximising the amount of collective space, the core of the building block can be transformed into a green public park including five 100 year old oak trees and a water basin used for recycling the water used on site.

All residential units are transformed into a thick garden wall where private patios bring light into the various interiors.
