Goal of this masterplan is to create a framework for the development of a brownfield-site into a mixed-use residential area. Located near the train station, bus terminals, at walking distance of the vibrant, commercial heart of the city-centre and along a newly planned park, the site can be seen as a strategic place for densifying Sint-Truiden.

Keyword in het design process is the ‘communication’ with the different parties who have interest in the development of the site.
